On the Books (The Montana Standard) Butte District Court Carlos J. Martinez, 19, was sentenced Thursday to two years with the Montana Department of Corrections for burglary. Martinez was arrested in October 2007 for breaking into a garage in the 800 block of Placer. Judge Brad Newman sentenced him to three years with one year suspended.
