Butte District Court Carlos J. Martinez, 19, was sentenced Thursday to two years with the Montana Department of Corrections for burglary. Martinez was arrested in October 2007 for breaking into a garage in the 800 block of Placer. Judge Brad Newman sentenced him to three years with one year suspended. He was remanded to the custody of the Butte jail.
